My attempt to make The 24 Hr Holiday Detox Diet

Step by step on how the 24 hour Holiday Detox is done

What you need:
Light Cranberry & Promegranate Juice
Light Tropicana Orange Juice
Ground Cinamon
Ground Cloves
Ground Cardamom
100% Lemon Juice
Several Bottles of Water

The Holiday Detox Diet Breakdown
16 oz of Diet Cranberry Promegranate Juice
7 Cups of water
1/2 cup of Orange Juice
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of Cardamon
Pinch of Ground Cloves

Heat Water & Juices to boiling
Reduce to Low
Stir in spices and simmer for 5 mins

Make 9 – 1 Cup Servings of the Holiday Detox Juice (I used the empty water bottles)

If your not drinking it right away, refrigerate it and when your ready to drink it, microwave it.

I also took 9 water bottles and squeezed 2 times into each water bottle

You alternate between lemon water & detox juice every hour on the hour

Here is an example:
8 a.m. – Lemon Water
9 a.m – Detox Juice
10 a.m. – Lemon Water
11 a.m. Detox Juice
12 p.m. – Lemon Water

… and so forth
