This is day 6. What a challenging day. I have a sore throat, mucous keeps resurfacing , so I have to keep hacking up spit and my body and emotions are kinda of going hey wire. One thing about all this though I know that the cleanse is actually working like they said it would.

Today was an active day for me and I’m feeling it today. When I woke up this morning I was sore and had a headache. It’s not one of those piercing headaches that feels like a drill in one spot, but more like my whole head is throbbing. I took a hot shower which helped some, but I’m still feeling less then a 100%. I attended a banquet for work this evening this tested my actual sincerity to my
commitment , and yes I passed the test and with flying colors( very proud) I’m actually happy with the results from my work outs. ‘But yeah I got pass day 6. Thanks for the encouragement you guy’s
