The Night before my JUICE DETOX GOAL IS TO DROP 5 STONE/70 POUNDS

WEll this is it! The night before my juice detox. My goal is to drop from 19 stone 9lbs/275 pounds to 14 stones 9lb/205 pounds In three months. To stat I will be using Jason Vale’s book called Lose 7lbs in 7 days then I will be switching to another Juice diet. Please hit like and subscribe.
