Wooooopiddy dooooo today is day #7 of pure juicy cleansing action and Brother Echo is feeling splendiferific!
A full week has now passed and today was my day to do my second enema of the week, today’s enema however was a coffee enema.
Coffee enemas are absolutely essential to gain maximum detox benefit. What the coffee does is help stimulate the liver to produce large amounts of glutathione-S-transferase which in turn helps the liver rid the body of toxin!
In addition to the coffee enema I juiced the best liver supporting juice today!

Equilibrium 21-Day Juice Feast & Cleanse #2 – Juicing Basics – Juice Fast
Aloha Sangha!
Today was jam packed with all kinds of juicy action. From the early morning I’ve been up and about rocking it and getting back in to my juicy swing! This morning I headed out to the Santa Monica farmers market around 9 a.m. to gather some produce and hunt for something new to juice.
I arrived at the market around 9:30 a.m. there were lots of people there moving fast and in a hurry. As it turned out only part of my plan worked out I got my fresh organic produce but I didn’t run across anything new and exciting to juice. I did however see some big ripe cherimoyas but since I just stared the juice feast it will be another few weeks before I can indulge. Hmm I think that’s what I’ll break the juice feast with some soft ripe in-season cherimoyas!
After I left the market I returned to the kitchen 10:45 a.m. to whip up my morning juice which actually turned out to be my afternoon juice because of all the stop and go with shooting video.
Afternoon Juice:
1 bunch mint
1 bunch kale
2 heirloom red carrots
2 small beets with greens
2 lemons
6 spears celery
3 fuji apples
2 droppers omica fulvic acid
2 droppers omica liquid zeolite
The juice was absolutely amazing and got me through the day perfectly fine without any cravings. Now it’s after 7pm and I’m ready for another!
Before I get my evening juice on I’m going to get in an INSANITY workout and some yoga. I’ve been answering phone calls, shooting video, editing, running errands all day… now it’s time to work up a sweat!

Post Bhakti Fest Juice Feast and Cleanse Day #15 – REBUILDING & Transition Period
Hello Sangha!
The 21-Day Juice Feast Cleanse and Detox just shifted into REBUILD and TRANSITION mode for the this last week.
After talking with Bethanne Wanamaker and Philip Madeley of Healthforce Nutritionals as well as Brother Daniel Vitalis of Surthrival a key element of the Raw Sangha protocal was overlooked and that is the REBUILDING phase!
If Brother Echo learned anything this weekend at the Longevity conference it’s that cleansing and detoxing is definitely a necessity but rebuilding and transitioning smoothly back into your regular living foods diet is just as important.
So after talking with my HealthForce family they got me setup with everything I need to rebuild in a major way over this next week.
for the next week (until Sunday) Brother Echo will be integrating VERY high nutrient dense smoothies and soups along with the juicing. I can tell you right now after making this “Raw Sangha Super REBUILD Green Smoothie” this morning my body is in a fit of joy!
