— 1 bunch Cylinder Beets

— If you can pick your fruits and harvest your herbs shortly before eating or juicing them, that is ideal!! They will still be vibrating with the life current as you put them into your body.

— I picked these apples from a local tree, and I found this wild plantain near where I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Plantain is one of the most powerful & healing herbs that you can find naturally growing wild in this part of the country! It will build your blood like nothing else.

— On the liferegenerator channel, real food is fun food! And it will guide you back to the “one” food up above…the Universe…God…whatever or whomever you prefer to call it.

— If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, then join me on this fruit & vegetable path to the light of life!

— Instead of thinking that you are on some weirdo diet or some elitist raw food diet, how about approaching it from the the standpoint of what it really is….which is a fruit and vegetable diet!

— I am so happy that some of you are losing so much excess weight, and that many of you are feeling more healthy again! Isn’t it awesome to be doing so well? Just know that no matter what happens, I won’t let anyone stop the liferegenerator, and I will fight for the life of the fruits & vegetables. We all got you covered!

— So I have good news for those who live in the Seattle, Washington area! I’m going to be teaching a juicing class at one of the local raw food restaurants here called Thrive, next Sunday, September 20th from 9.30-11.30 AM. They don’t have it up on their website quite yet, but it will cost $35 (if you sign up *please* say that you were referred by me, as that helps me out…thanks!). Or better yet, just let me know directly that you want to sign up, and I will take care of it from there! I am very excited about this class as I love to just share the simplicity of fruits and vegetables to everyone!

— Eating fruits and vegetables that are freshly picked is truly eating and drinking the LIVING food, the bio-regenerative food. Look for the NOW foods, the fresh, living & vital foods.

— This channel is built upon love for life, fruits, vegetables & one another! Keep on coming back to visit us, and keep on improving your health!

— The more fresh, locally grown & organic fruits and vegetables that you can consume (especially in lieu of unhealthier foods), the healthier you will continue to feel, and many of you are only just getting started!

— If more of us across the country make known our demand for fresh, local & organic produce, the easier it will become to get these foods, and the lower in price will they get.

— Do you want our nation to spend trillions of dollars that we don’t have on the sick care industry, or should we instead spend the millions that we have on just getting healthy through the amazing power of fruits and vegetables? Let’s create a demand for organic foods grown in rich, healthy soiil!

— For those who are interested in going even further with their detox, you can begin to consider the possibility of doing a 1-day water fast no more often than 1x/week to start…later graduating up to a 3-day water fast no more than 1x/month. Water fasting is not as difficult as it sounds! You will probably learn that what we think is ‘hunger’ is actually more along the lines of mental conditioning.

— Regardless, even if we all just stay steadily detoxing on the fruits and vegetables together, just remember that we may experience really up/high days, as well low days. Or, you could have a really great week of high energy, followed by a really lousy, cranky and tired one. What’s important here is to just keep on pressing on! Just let yourself be however you feel, and be at peace with it. You never want to quit. You never want to give up!
