The Night before my JUICE DETOX GOAL IS TO DROP 5 STONE/70 POUNDS
WEll this is it! The night before my juice detox. My goal is to drop from 19 stone 9lbs/275 pounds to 14 stones 9lb/205 pounds In three months. Juice fast day 13/ Break of my fast
Day 13 of my juice fast and also the last 
Today i broke my fast because i felt i needed to do so.
I was ready and transitioned.
I had a very good one..
It was nice to feel the food moving around ..i feel not weak or strained..some sympthoms like air and mucus coming up but not more…
i WILL POST VIDEOS AFTER THE WEEKEND TO REPORT ON HOW IT GOES AFTER
