Juice fast day 1
Me starting my longest juice fast and cleanse..i am excited about what itrs gonna happen and how my body will transform and react
Planned are 30 days ..but I will tune into my body and see how long it will be…
Juices for today:

Red beets

Potatoe water
Peel an organic potato and put it in fresh water over night.
