Goddess of Greens Detox Vegetable Juice Smoothie- Raw Spinach Celery Parsley

We’re getting back on this channel, and will be making videos on a regular base.
Today i’m going to do a quick video on a great for detox! Its called goddess of greens. I actually first had this drink at a local health foods store. As the name implies, this is a GREEN drink.

Here is what we’ll need for this drink-
2 spinach leaves
1 handful of parsley
2 celery sticks
3 apples
1/2 a cucumber

Heres what we’ll do first- chop the apples, celery sticks, and cucumbers into small pieces. I’m fortunate I have a powerful blender and juicer so I can get away with bigger pieces.

These are the items we’ll juice. After we’re done juicing, we’ll pour it into the blender. But now what do we do with the spinach and parsley!?
Blend them! Spinach is nutritious and we want to consume 100% of it. Although spinach alone will not make you look like Popeye, it will certainly enhance the life of not just athletes, but rather anyone.
If you have muscle weakness it can be attributed to lack of essential vitamins and minerals, and spinach can certainly help resolve that. We’ll find both Iron and magnesium in spinach, and those nutrients are essential to muscle development.
And if the parsley is juiced, you’ll barely get any drops out, so thats why I blend it.

Mono meals Detox for 80/10/10 Diet Day 1

Daily mono meal 30 days challenge.

Rules:

1. Choose and eat only one raw food item per day.
2. Start the day with one liter of water with lime or lemon juice.
3. Celery can be added to a one fruit smoothie
4. No make up
5. No store bought soap, shampoo, conditioner
6. Exercise daily
7. Sleep at least 8 hours per night.
8. Pray, meditate, read Biblle (at like to do this at night)
9. Get sunlight
10. Drink a minimum of 3 liters of water daily.
11. Take minerals supplement, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D.
12. Make video of progress.

Shampoo alternative: 1/2 cucumber blended with 1/2 lime, water, strain, add some baking soda, a teaspoon, if hair is greasy, pour into old shampoo bottle.

Conditioner: raw apple cider vinegar, rinse

Leave in: 1/2 lime juice diluted in a cup or more of water, pour over hair and dry as desired.

Favorite face mask for now: blended oats, 1/4 avocado, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, little piece of cucumber, blend everything, apply to face, let it dry and rinse after while showering. Keep left over in fridge.

When you have good spinach on hand, chop it up with some chopped red peppers, then squeeze lime juice over the top: it is the most delicious fat free salad you could ever have. :D

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
— 1 head of Celery
— 1 Cucumber (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
— 1 bunch of Spinach (organic is vital here…only get it if it looks vibrant and fresh!)

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Open young coconut to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j

— 2) Run celery, cucumber and spinach through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICER.life-regenerator.com

— 3) Combine juice with the coconut water and add ice, if desired.
