An Ionic Foot Bath To Rebalance, Detox And Alkalize The Body
Definition of Alkaline:
Webster’s Collegiate dictionary defines it as such; (of, relating to, or having the properties of alkali esp: having a ph of more than 7.) PH stands for; potential of hydrogen. Fluids in your Body that have a ph of 6.5 to 7 or 7.5 is considered neutral.
What is Acidosis?
Acidosis is defined by the Webster’s New World Dictionary as; (a condition in which the alkali reserves in the body is lower than normal.) Too much acid in the system creates abnormalities and dysfunction and is a breeding ground for unwanted intruders that cause cell degeneration.
According to Dr. Theodore Baroody, author of Alkalize or Die, says that ACIDOSIS is the basic foundation of all disease!
A body with a ph of 7.5, (75% alkaline and 25% acidic) is a healthy individual whose immune system can operate at its peak and will experience little health problems. It’s when the alkali reserves are mostly used up that we start to experience health problems. It can start out with simple manifestations such as acne, bloating, mild headaches all the way to major diseases such as liver or kidney disease, heart conditions and even cancer. The body’s condition depends on how long it has been acidic. (You can go to any drug store and buy nitrazine strips that tell you what PH level your body is at).
Diet is the main culprit along with environmental toxicity. In the name of greed and profit we have been systematically brainwashed into believing that when you are buying processed food loaded with chemicals, pesticides and modifies foods, that, what you are eating is safe for human consumption. Nothing could be further from the truth!
Before we started altering food, fruits and vegetables were consumed in their natural nutrient rich forms in earth’s mineral rich soil. Meat was consumed by animals that ate pesticide free grasses and leaves. We ate nutrient rich foods and breathed clean fresh air.
If you look at the average American today you’ll see an abundance of pasty, overweight or obese individuals that are sorely in need of an overhaul. Our toxic food sources, water and air are an unfortunate way of life. Our bodies may seem full after we eat but may be starving for actual nutrients we need for normal function let alone healing.
One solution to alkalize and rebalance your system is an ionic footbath system can be of benefit.
An ionic footbath has gained popularity over the last few years but in actuality Rife’s early research in the 1930s has brought us this workable technology.
How does the ionic footbath work?
A module is placed in a tub of clean water and a good grade sea salt. When the system is turned on you will immediately notice a bubbling action due to a controlled electrical current that courses through the water breaking it up. This breaking up of water molecules causes an electron to be displaced from its host which in turn makes it seek out another oxygen molecule. When it does, a negative ion is produced. Negative ions are a very powerful antioxidant and deliver more oxygen to the body. Negative ions alkalize and balance the body which is important for the body to begin healing itself. (Disease can only grab hold in an acidic environment.)
When you alkalize the body it can then begin the process of detoxifying the body through the liver, kidneys, skin etc. and rebuild healthy tissues.
Positive ions are a result of an atom or molecule that’s lost an electron. Free radicals are unpaired electrons and the result is degeneration. When you sit in front of a computer for any length of time you are bombarded with positive ions and that is why you can feel so fatigued and droopy or spaced out. Even living in a city you experience more positive ions. Have you noticed that when you drive out to the country or walk through a forest and breathe clean fresh air or smell that fresh rainfall, you feel better? That is because you are getting more negative ions.
A classic example of a place that is heavily bombarded with negative ions is Niagara Falls. People often go there and feel serene and wonderful. It’s not only because it is a beautiful location but the tremendous power of the water crashing to the bottom is constantly breaking up the molecules and the amount of negative ions are in such abundance that you feel wonderful just being there. An ionic footbath creates that same environment for you so that your body can begin to feel better and be more alert. A Foot bath is not a medical device but rather a boost to speed along the recovery process.
What does discoloration of the water mean?
The color changes in the water will occur with or without feet due to the reactions taking place between the module, current and minerals. Their may be some detoxification taking place at the time of the session but color change of the water is not the product you are looking for, although it is very interesting. What is more important is the rebalancing of your system and how you feel after 1 or 2 or 10 or how ever many sessions you need to get the desired result.

Detox and Improve your Life With Correct Breathing

Are you breathing deeply enough? Do you even think about your breathing? Can you take a slow controlled breath in for 10 seconds and then a slow and controlled breath out for 10? Breathing is so natural to all of us but often little thought is taken over how we breath and the huge impact it can have on our lives if we breath incorrectly, or too shallow. Many of us breath too shallow sucking in our bellies and raising our shoulders. The fact is that the deeper you breath the better your general well being and the more relaxed you are able to become.
The breathing process has a large impact on our internal organs and the diaphram plays a central part in this. The diaphram is dome shaped and acts as a natural barrier between our heart and lungs and our other internal organs. The upper part of the diaphram actually supports the heart and the lower part attaches around the lower ribs and lower lumbar vertabrae. As we inhale the diaphram moves down allowing more air to be take into the lungs as the chest cavity increases, as we exhale the diaphram raises and the chest cavity is reduced. So the deeper we breath in the more oxygen can be taken into the lungs and conversely the more carbon dioxide can then be expelled.
Deep breathing not only allows us to take in more oxygen and expel more carbon dioxide it also has a huge impact on other areas of our health. As a deep breath is taken in the bottom of the diaphram actually massages the liver, stomach and other organs as well as massaging the heart on its return. Shallow breathing does not allow for much of this massaging. Also, as we deep breath the belly, lower back and lower rib cage expand. This process of up and down, in and out allows for a natural detox of our body through the promotion of blood flow, peristalsis and lymphatic pumping. Our lymphatic system is vital for removing toxins from our body and plays a key role in our immune system. Other than massage and muscle contraction the lymphatic system has no other means of inducing movement.
Deep breathing is also a huge relaxation instigator. I am constantly telling my clients to control their breathing during exercise, most people take more breath than is necessary. Breathing too shallow and rapidly expels carbon dioxide too quickly and isn’t very good for your health. Deep breathing slows things down which in turn signals our parasympathetic nervous system and promotes a relaxation response. This is a great stress reliever and also helps to harmonise our system and promote overall long lasting health.
My advice is to start taking some time to understand your natural breathing patterns. Try to slow things down. Take long controlled breaths in and slow controlled breaths out. Think about drawing your belly button into your spine as you breath out and letting your lower stomach relax as you breath in. Deep breathing is vital for all aspects of good health, focus, concentrate and control your breathing and you will live a much healthier and stress free Life.

If you have a job that requires too much sitting, make sure that you take a few minutes off in the morning and afternoon from sitting. You can also avoid extended periods of sitting at home when you are not at Work. Go for a walk or exercise instead. If your work requires a lot of lifting, practice relaxed lifting through deep breathing.
You may not always succeed at knowing how to get rid of hemorrhoids. This should not stop you though. There is bound to be a method or two that can help you deal with the pain and irritation of hemorrhoids.
