Celebrity Diet and Fitness

If all humans were vegetarians, we wouldn’t be having the climate crisis we’re having today. There is very little way to incorporate all of the daily servings of fruits and vegetables within one meal and the body needs more than 20 grams of protein in order to remain healthy and strong. I have tried a lot of diets but  eating a lot of vegetables, not eating chocolate candies, biscuits or cakes and doing a lot of exercise didn’t work for me. Good organic fruit and vegetables don’t come cheap.

If your blood type is “A,” you should follow a strict vegetarian diet. Typically, these diets also include drinking lots of water and eating organic fruit and vegetables to give the body a holiday from trying to break down the food most people eat.

We’ve all heard about drastic weight loss only to be replaced by all the lost weight, and more. No more yo-yo diets and bouncing around.

I realized that I wasn’t living healthfully, and as someone who preaches health and fitness, I felt like a total hypocrite. But don’t listen to me — listen to the people whose livelihoods depend on their looking fabulous. I now attempt to do the detox every month and a half for a couple of days.
