i just wanted to know what you do when some foods doesn`t suit your blood type but you want to eat it anyway.
for me, i shouldn`t eat too much vinegar since i am a type O but then i don`t know what kind of dressing to use for my salad

I really appreciate … I really appreciate your videos, they have been so helpful and encouraging in my transition of beginning to eat healthier, and hopefully in time, transferring to a totally raw food diet. When a person is brought up eating a lot of junk foods, its hard to even know where to start and how to prepare a balanced weekly menu and finding recipes to include a good variety from day to day. So thanks again for sharing all your knowledge and also the great recipes!

@madelinesosa1881 … @madelinesosa1881 Hi can I suggest drinking 4 to 5 glasses of water first thing in the morning and eat juicy fruits after 45 mins. Body holds on to the fat because of acid environment. If you eat alkalizing foods like leafy greens and other vegetables and fruits fat would melt away. I would also suggest a book by dr Robert Young called PH miracle for weight loss.
In my opinion, … In my opinion, finding the diet your body was designed for and eating like that all the time is the best thing anyone could do! We all thrive on different foods, different ratios of carbs to fat. Find your balance, avoid irritants, and you don't need to "cleanse"
I think perfecting your digestion is what everyone should focus on. Correcting dysbiosis, and healing the gut lining.

I've read comments recently that juices keep the nutrients and smoothies loss a great deal of nutrients after blending. What are your thoughts on smoothies and nutrients. I haven't made a smoothie since I read that and have increased my juices to 2 juices a day.

@pinker90 The blood … @pinker90 The blood type diet is what started me on my way toward a vegetarian diet. I'm blood type A+ and was gaining weight on the Atkins diet, which is supposed to be more suited for type O's. But when I started eating what the blood type diet said for type A, the weight started coming off quick. I never have been able to drink orange juice, it's like drinking battery acid to me. And sure enough the blood type diet listed orange juice as one I should avoid.

I have a question I … I have a question I tried a juice feast over a year ago and only lasted three days( I wanted to do 90) however, every day around three pm I got really shaky and scared (signs of hypoglycemia) I have PCOS and am wondering if it's a blood sugar issue or did I do something wrong?

I’ve been on raw foods for about a month now… with a day of juice-fast in between here and there. And I seem to have almost stopped digesting my food.
Plus, losing a lot of weight, starting to look scarily thin, and I’m getting sort of panicked.
But I have no plans of quitting, I’m sticking with it because I feel major positive changes.
But my digestion should pick up, not decline, shouldn’t it?
