It's when I eat mostly beans and apples..I eat garlic about twice per week..I cut out sugar free gum because it has soy lectin and that helped a bit
I drink 8 glasses … I drink 8 glasses during a workout. A diet high in protein especially whey protein creates a lot of gas. Depends on the source of fiber too.Everybody reacts differently to foods. I can eat bran fiber all I want but I turn into a wind tunnel whenever I eat yam fiber.Sounds like you eat fairly healthy…do you eat a lot of garlic? Rich food and high fiber can do it too.
