    Natasha, I tried the lemon water today when I went to Bikram and I don’t know if it was because of the lemon water or what, but I felt so good in class. I didn’t get light headed and I felt like I could really push myself. Thank you so much for the suggestion! Hope your juice fast is going wonderful and I look forward to your next video!! :)

    I did Bikram yoga this last winter three times a week and I found that on the days I knew I was going to do the yoga I ate a lot better and was very mindful of how much water I was taking in. I’m hoping that I will be able to start it back up again as I need it!

    @createfate12 probably because u eat way less bread or cooked grains. I have that too now that my diet is 60 to 70% raw. So I just eat a lot of fruits and dates and honey to satisfied the craving. but I don’t feel sick or anything like if I was to eat a lot of cookies and cakes or candy.
