I have been reading … I have been reading this book, "Fit for Life"… It states the importance of fruit on an empty stomach only, high water content food & proper food combining. It's alright if nobody addresses this topic request, just figured it didn't hurt to offer the idea. I can't decide if WHEN food is eaten is a large factor in health or not… If food actually DOES rot if eaten in the "wrong" combinations… I am trying to become the healthiest I can.
CHEMRISK – a research company hired by the Corn Refiners has recently taken down it's YouTube page.
The removal was in response to negative public perception resulting from the high-fructose corn syrup ad campaign. Apparently it has become a liability to defend the sweetener.

Thanks Doc, I gonna … Thanks Doc, I gonna push myself more on excercising- two hrs twice a week(my routine these days), even though tiring is not enough.
Thanks a lot, is never too much to remind people how valuable this is to live peacefully, I mean how much this stressed nowdays? That the most important thing should be eating and excercising right? Nooo, where programed to work work work, like a bloody machine, but hey! even machines need mantaince!

Eat lots of fruit, vegetables, and some meat… Have a regular sleep cycle.. you want to sleep at the same hours of the day…. Exercise!! Not even weight training is necessary… go for runs… do pushups and situps.. just use your body…
So, to really sum it all up! Eat healthy, sleep right.. and exercise! If you get sick or there is something wrong… go to the doctor.. but don't take supplements and vitamins… just waste money/hurt body that way
Hi,I really enjoy … Hi,I really enjoy this channel and this video. Would it be possible to hear more on detox and gaining weight. I am about 10 kg underweight considering my height (I'm 1.68m and I weight 47 or 46 kg). And I also have a skin problem (acne breakouts on my face, shoulders and a little bit on my back). And I have been underweight ever since I remember. Always skinny and weak and prone to minor colds and sore throats.
I tried the gnc … I tried the gnc whole body cleanse and after 4 days something was going wrong.
In the next 3 months I gained 40 pounds, I still don't know what happened.
I have a inactive thyroid,maybe it cleaned out all my stored hormone, I think I somehow also got a cyst on my ovaries, I went to my doc and she told me I was crazy.
I am still holding on to the weight, I have been watching and have been following and changing as best I can. No aspertame

It comes down to … It comes down to basic physiology. All cells in your body get their energy from glucose. Usually your body gets glucose from carbohydrates. When you don't eat, your body uses your limited supply of stored glucose and then starts converting fat and protein (muscle) into glucose. When you lose muscle, your basal metabolic rate decreases. When you do start eating your usual amount of food, you'll gain weight because your body has less caloric needs (less muscle).
This guy is right … This guy is right on the money when it comes to detox. I have done fasting, juicing and all that kind of stuff in the past. After seeing my holistic MD, he turned me on to the idea of using clean protein. I added to that lots of veggies for a great little cleanse routine, I can do anytime, without feeling terrible like with fasting.
@localbandito I … @localbandito I agree with Satori1800 if you eat as nature intended you don't need special herbs and pills. If you are ever concerned whether or not your organs of detox are 'overloaded with toxins' there are specific organ function tests, renal, hepatic etc which will prove it one way or the other
@luckyodeler, your iridologist is just a skilled cold reader. it takes practice and some reliance on intuition. Any palm reader or psychic does the same thing, I studied TCM and NLP and can do it too
I went to an … I went to an iridologist, who knew exactly what all of my problems were to a tee without me saying anything. However, her assertion that I should eat plain non sugar yogurt and spinach for 3 months was horrible and didn't work for lack of practicality. She knew what I had but not how to fix it.
What should you … What should you basically be eating for a light home detox? I don't want to go too extreme, but i'm willing to drink just water, and eat veg. But is that enough? Should i cut out meat for a week for example?

people are … people are different, I meet some people who exercise minimally and they stay lean, strong and healthy with minimal exercise, I on the other hand store up toxins really fast, gain wait quickly and develop a week immune system, unless I take the vitamins and get the daily jog/run and yoga session in, and make sure im breathing well. It is wierd, I suffer from depression and anxiety issues and have a very difficult time socially, and these metabolic issues contribute significantly to this I feel.
