Nature's Secret Acia Power Berry Pure Body Cleanse is a good product. It seems to act somewhat like a laxative for me. I choose to eat fresh fruits and vegetables while taking it since my job is hands on and I need a lot of energy. It helps me feel full, therefore I stop eating a lot sooner than I used to. I have lost about 6 pounds while taking it and my body feels like it flushed out (no pun intended
haha) some of the toxins. I would recommend it to someone who doesn't eat a lot of junk food. I don't eat a lot of junk food, therefore I could've cared less if I ate fresh fruit and vegetables for two weeks. When I took it before eating breakfast in the morning it made my stomach growl but not hurt from hunger pains. Maybe the growls were the pills working.
